Privacy Notice for Website Enquiries

Version effective 1 September 2026. This notice applies to consultation, contact and quotation forms submitted to Winner Cosmed.

2. Data we collect

Your name, telephone number, email address, LINE ID, product interests, enquiry details and submission time. Email and LINE ID are optional. Please do not send sensitive personal data through this form.

3. Purposes and lawful basis

We use the data to respond, assess your requirements, provide consultation and prepare a proposal at your request before entering into a contract. Required contact details are necessary for us to respond. We do not use this form as consent for automated marketing.

4. Recipients and international processing

Access is limited to personnel who need the information to handle your enquiry. Hosting, email and LINE service providers may process necessary data, potentially outside Thailand. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

If no contract results, enquiry records are retained for no longer than 12 months after the latest contact and are then securely deleted. Contractual or dispute-related records may be retained separately for the applicable legal period.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.

8. Essential cookies and third parties

The enquiry form uses an essential session cookie for security. The site also loads maps and technical resources from external providers, which may receive technical information such as an IP address under their own privacy terms.
